Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are peer reviewed using a double-blind process. Two reviewers are assigned to each paper but if they send contradictory recommendations, a third reviewer will be assigned before a final decision is made. The peer-review process can take up to 3-4 months, but it depends on how quickly the reviewers respond and so the process could be much faster than this.

Authors must provide the names of three potential referees with complete postal and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. However, the editors are not obliged to obtain the services of the referees suggested by authors.
